A question for Jack Layton

Jack, a hypothetical for you. Would you resign from the NDP caucus if on the day the election writ was dropped you were named in a lawsuit from, well lets just say, a conservative blogger from Alberta as an example?

If not, perhaps you could take Senator Ruth's advice and.....

update: BMO says the lawyers named in the lawsuit (including Shory) are not part of the fraud.

Related: Don't believe me about the law suits Jack, listen to Paul Szabo .

Jacko nor Iffy nor Ducey, were elected to run the Conservative caucus.

If they think they run other parties as well as their own,
Jack should also be calling for Derek Lee to sit as an independent
until Lee can prove his other employer was just kidding,
that his moonlighting job as a govt lobbyist, isn't a moonlighting job as a govt lobbyist.

The worst past is that Layton asked that Shory be tossed from caucus with a straight face. Who is he trying to fool?

Just think of the chaos that one could cause with frivolous lawsuits.
308 of 'em could wipe out our system completely.

Games, and Jack, along with everyone else calling for the same thing, should be called out on it.

Rule of law and due process no longer apply to Conservative MPs.

Okay new ground rules same with lobbying.

Let's have an election, get the majority and clean up parliament and all the games.

I am confident voters will punish these parties.

Watching the fallout of yesterdays election in Britain, and the antics that will take place in the next few days, to try and form a coalition,
will that mess send a message to canadian voters-elect a majority conservative govt.
