The Wellington Street Post

A new online daily paper is out today: The Wellington Post.

Check it out. It comes in all flavours: Conservative Edition, Liberal Edition, NDP Edition, and even the Green Edition.

A quick look over reveals it to be something very different from what I was expecting. I will have to wait to see how it unfolds but I think they may be on to something.

The question I have is how many blogs are going to give their content, and essentially their copyright, over?

How do I get on it, is what I'm wondering.

There is a link on the home page but it might be wise to read all of the legal and see what the privilege of getting listed is going to cost you.

Ardvark,

Thanks for the post!

Alex,

Thanks for the interest. As Advark mentioned there is a link on our homepage to be listed.

The terms & conditions are lengthy but it is important to know that we never host nor keep your posts - they are yours 100%.

We simply aggregate the title and enough of the text to entice readers to click on to your blog. I am confident bloggers will find this to be a huge boost to their online presence.

If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to email me with any other questions at

Ardvark - stay tuned as we grow!

Cheers,

It seems to be replacing liblogs. I have no wish to affiliate with liblogs. I am not impressed.

I will keep an open mind but I can't seem to shake the image of a Huffington Post North wannabe.

Hey Ardvark,

Remember how the NDP were outraged when the Cons leaked their internal meeting to the media back in the coalition days?

They even threatened legal action.

Thought you might want to do a write up on the hypocracy with the NDP now leaking a message that they received in error.
