CBC President Hubert Lacroix wants into your living room

..or at least on the TV in your living room.

CBC president Hubert Lacroix : "Cable and satellite firms should be mandated to carry CBC and Radio-Canada signals "

Could someone explain to me why having the state owned and taxpayer funded CBC be a must carry on satellite and cable is OK, but giving SunTV (a network yet to broadcast anything BTW)  the same must status was an affront to all that as fair and Canadian?

Don't worry CBC, it gets better.

When you grow up and move out on your own (go private) the rest of the media will treat you with more respect.

Thanks to the Communist BC and Canadian mandated crap on TV I no longer receive TV signals on my TVs.

I'd pay money to NOT have CBC come into my house because obviously, I can't delete them from my line-up and I would love to find a way to send them a message.

As it is the only way I can tell them how disgusted I am with them is by not watching them but am challenged by those that complain about them and then still watch or link.
I call that support.

Perhaps because of their entitled mentality and operational pattern, they don't care because the bucks will still come in despite what I do.
However I have to believe that at some point, someone will get the fact that the CBC is nothing more than a diseased black hole of journalism and pull the plug.
Until then, they don't get me, ever.

Because in left-tard land, "hypocrisy" is longer merely an adjective for "left", but a synonym.

Better question: if the CBC is the 'state broadcaster' then why do they exclude conservative perspectives at every turn when we make up from 30 to 40% of the population? (real conservative)

As someone told Bill O'Reilley that he heard from CNN.....

Bill quick response-noone listens to CNN.

Same here, when one says that they heard something on CBC reponse is ' no one listen to CBC especially the news pundits'.

The difference between CNN and CBC
is that CNN is privately owned (Turner).

CBC is paid by the innocent canadians the poor and middle income (who are trying to make ends meet)and for what, to hear nothing but insults.

What private business would want to own CBC -I guess from the enthusiams-NONE.

Jen is right, why should I pay to hear insults against my already hurting back? (real conservative)
