What about Tory bimbo Peter McKay? He said this would never happen.
Unlike Dion who whips votes for pure political reasons, the Conservatives only do it on matters of confidence, like this budget vote.
The noise the Libs are making about this is BS because this is just an example of following Canadian Parliamentary tradition and nothing more.
