It's one of the dumbest ideas ever. School districts, hospitals, etc. are running red ink because of the tremendous amounts of carbon taxes they have to fork over. Does that make sense???
and low-income people get a carbon tax rebate. So it's an obvious wealth redistribution scheme as well. hate it.

Last year Iffy had constitutional lawyers attend enviro committee, to argue on provincial jurisdiction over environmental law.
