RCMP announced Sunday that after 28 months of investigation — including an undercover operation that Dennis Keegan Rodney Cheesman, 23, and Shawn William Hennesey, 28, both of Barrhead were each charged with four counts of first-degree murder in connection with the infamous 2005 incident where constables Peter Schiemann, Tony Gordon, Brock Myrol and Leo Johnston were gunned down at a farm and marijuana grow op near Mayerthorpe Alberta. While not on the property at the time of the murders, the 2 men are accused of being a party to the offence for aiding and abetting gunman James Roszko.
