Spinsella said Hillier (and Harper, if I heard right)signed the detainee transfer agreement in 2006... It's a lie.
Liberals tried in 2007 to hang this negligent agreement on Hillier, said he worked alone, BUT, were outed, Martin and Graham signed off on the plan, 6 months before Hillier signed it December 18, 2005:

Canada is better off with Stephen Harper, even the Indian press thinks highly of him- to bash the canadian liberal press for the way they treat the prime minister.
