Campaign to keep Dion as LPC leader.

Today I am lending my voice to all those out there who want Stephane Dion to remain leader of the Liberal Party of Canada. I support this move and would like to remind Liberals everywhere that if John Turner was allowed 2 kicks at the cat; IMHO Dion deserves the same.

Come on LPC. Give the leader another chance. If CTV can give him a redo on an interview the very least you can do for Mr.Dion is give him a redo on his chance to be PM.

It is what we Liberals do.

    Honestly, the Liberals could be better off under Dion. I posted this in the comments at Trusty Tory's place:

    Dion has to prove to the public he can run an opposition first and then maybe he can get those keys.

    He is getting another chance now.

    Whomever told Dion that being the Official Opposition requires you to oppose EVERYTHING the government does was an idiot. Fire him now.

    If Dion leads the Libs as he said he would in his concession speech, he still has a shot.

    Being dysfunctional is not an option this time for the Liberals; Layton and Duceppe can do that without his help.

    All kidding aside, Dion can grow into his opposition position, if he stops listening to his handlers and acts according to what he thinks is important, the environment.

    Stephane Dion should definitely reconsider his decision to step down as leader. He was always telling us that he is what Canada needs!
